SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Empire State Youth Orchestra has been awarded $3.5 million by the New York State Council on the Arts. (NEWS10) -- Multiple agencies responded to 102 Church Street at the former Beechnut Plant for a hazmat situation on Wednesday around 12:43 p.m., according to the Canajoharie Volunteer Fire Department. Schultz was charged with possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child and issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Hyde Park Court on June 22. CLAYTON, Mo. - A Jennings man is in jail for allegedly carjacking an Uber driver at gunpoint earlier this month.According to a report filed by the Florissant Police Department, the crime occurred on June 7.Police claim Dejohn Colbert, 18, and another person, ordered a ride via the Uber app.When the Uber driver arrived in a Volkswagen Tiguan, the two men entered the car, put a gun to the driver's neck. They took the victim's cell phone, car keys, and wallet. They drove off in the Tiguan, leaving the driver behind.
